Tuition and Fees Information

New Student Application Fees
The application fee for 2017-2018 is $75.00 and must be submitted with the admissions packet by January 30, 2017. The application fee is non-refundable.

Annual Registration Fees
All students must pay an annual registration fee. The early registration fee and open registration fee is $425.00 for the 2017 - 2018 academic year and is non-refundable.
 The fee includes student ASB activities card and yearbook. It helps to offset the costs of the iPad apps, lab fees, athletics, Parent Club and retreat expenses.

Annual Technology Fee
All students must pay an annual technology fee of $250.  The fee is due by July 1, 2017. 

Financial Aid

Garces Memorial High School provides financial assistance to those families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for the 2017-2018 academic year is currently being allocated.  Please apply immediately if you require tuition assistance for the 2017-2018 school year. 

Financial aid information for the 2017-2018 academic year are available in the Main Office and on the Garces website. Financial aid applications are due March 15, 2017. After March 15, applications are evaluated on a first come-first served basis and there is no guarantee there will be funding available.

If you currently receive financial aid at Garces, you must reapply.

Transfer and eighth grade students applying after the March 15, 2017 deadline must contact the Business Office to be considered for financial aid. An application for admission to the school must be received before a financial aid application will be reviewed.

NOTE: Applying for financial aid has no bearing on acceptance to Garces Memorial High School. Do not wait for acceptance to apply for financial aid.

Tuition and Fees

Monthly based on 11 months from July 2017 - May 2018:

§  Catholic Families: $936 a month  

§  Non-Catholic Families: $967 a month 

The tuition at Garces Memorial High School is set each spring by the Board of Directors. Tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year is $10,295 for Catholic families (with information filled out on tuition contract to apply for Catholic rate) and $10,640 for all other families other than Foreign students.  The rate for Foreign Exchange Students is $16,000.  The first tuition payment is due July 1 of each year. Garces Memorial High School offers four payment plans: Plan 1 - Payment in Full; Plan 2 - Payments each Semester; Plan 3 - Payments each Quarter; and Plan 4 - Payments each Month (for eleven months).

Uniforms: $200
PE clothes/uniforms: $50
Athletic fees: $200 for football, $125 per sport for all other sports/maximum charge of 2 sports per student 
Spirit Packs/athletic practice uniforms: $150 - $200 per sport
