Now is the time to start thinking about placing a congratulatory sentiment in the yearbook for your senior son or daughter. Space is limited so do not wait.

Payment and page materials must be submitted at the same time to ensure a place in the book.
You can submit in the following manner:
Hard copy – layout is made at home and is submitted by the yearbook staff to Josten’s for print “as is” include hard copy pictures on your layout pictures.
Submit pictures – the yearbook staff will make your layout with the pictures you provide. If the staff puts the layout together, be sure to include specifics such as color for background and a sentiment.
Disc – Publishing program only. (NO POWERPOINT) If you submit your layout on disc, there is a chance that it will not work with the Josten’s program. If the layout on the disc is not compatible with the program, the disc will be returned to you. Because the yearbook is deadline sensitive, this may cause you to lose the page and your payment will be reimbursed.
***If you are submitting by disc you MUST scan your pictures at a 300dpi. Most scanners are not set this high. If the dpi is too low the pictures will not print.***
*Any picture in a layout deemed inappropriate according to Garces standards (ie gestures or alluding to intoxicants) will be terms for the return of payment and layout.
Submit the page materials and payment to Miss Gina Acosta at Garces High School. Make all checks payable to Garces El Padre.
