Financial Contract
____ We (parent(s) and student) agree to pay the $250.00 deposit for uniforms on the mandatory uniform fitting day.
____ We agree to abide by the uniform contract and fulfill our financial obligation to Garces Memorial whether or not ____________________________________ is still involved in the cheerleading program. We recognize that the uniform prices will range from $800-$1000 for a complete uniform.
____ We agree to pay for spirit camp with pricing ranging from $250-$400 prior to leaving for camp, which takes place during the summer months. We also recognize that this does not include transportation to and from camp.
____ We agree to furnish funds for general items which may be necessary to purchase through-out the year such as; t-shirts, sweatshirts, ribbons, etc.
____ We agree to partake in spirit activities such as spirit bags, etc. on scheduled dates which would incur personal expenses of $40.00(for the whole year) to purchase the items unless otherwise indicated by the coach.
____ We agree to submit all financial payments to the finance office or moderator for record keeping purposes and therefore protect ourselves against lost funds.
____ We agree that if there is any financial hardship that we will seek out the finance office or moderator to work out a payment plan within the first 2 weeks of receiving an invoice.
We, the parents/guardian, of __________________________ hereby certify that we agree to all clauses within this financial contract for Garces Memorial High School Cheerleaders.
