Special People Play Day

Garces Memorial's Special People Play Day is an exciting day for all. In partnership with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools, over 500 special needs children from all over Kern County are invited on the Garces campus for a morning of fun! Students are assigned a "buddy" and spend time at the game booths, petting zoo, pony rides and other fun activities.

The Special People Play Day is held in April of every year.
