Parent Information

Booster Club
The Booster Club supports all extra-curricular activities and works to enrich the Garces Student Community by providing financial support and exhibiting “RAM PRIDE” while at Garces events and out in the community.  Membership to the Booster Club is open to all parents and supporters of Garces Memorial. For more information email boosters@garces.org.

Moms In Touch International
Moms In Touch International meets weekly during the academic year. Garces mothers join together for one hour to pray for each member's students, in addition to the faculty, staff, school activities and the needs of the Garces Community. Currently meets Friday 6:45 a.m. in the Campus Ministry Center.  

Fund Raising
All development activities are approved and coordinated by the Director of Development.

The Garces Memorial Development Office is committed to a professional, organized fund raising approach that minimizes expenses and ensures that the greatest amount of funds raised goes to benefit the student body.

Special Events
Garces hosts a number of special events throughout the year including the Fall BBQ, The Garces Gala (a two weekend auction), and the Msgr. Leddy Golf Classic. A special invitation is extended to parents to attend these events. Those interested in volunteering to help with the planning and production of these events should contact the event chair or the Development Office.

Each family will receive a school calendar. Families are encouraged to keep the calendar available for reference throughout the year. This information is also on the Garces Web Site.

Each family will receive a Parent/Student directory. Families are encouraged to keep the directory available for reference throughout the year. This information is also on the Garces Web Site on the Parent Access page.


Garces Memorial News
A parent newsletter is published five times a year. Each issue contains important information about school services, deadlines, and an updated school calendar. Parents and students are strongly encouraged to read each newsletter. If the parent does not receive the newsletter, please notify the Development Office.


Mission Magazine
Mission, Garces Memorial High School's magazine for alumni and friends, is published two times a year.


Using School Facilities
Any use of the Garces campus/facilities must be scheduled prior to the event or meeting. All meeting rooms and facilities (including athletic facilities, playing fields, and Monsignor Leddy Hall) must be reserved at least three weeks in advance. A deposit and rental fee may be required. Please contact Bill Potter for more information at 327-2578 ext 179.

  • Any activity that requires the use of any facilities of equipment must check with the Facilities Director Bill Potter to make sure there is no scheduling conflict.
  • Students may use the gym and field house only when proper supervision is available.
