Financial Information

Application & Registration Fees
The application fee is $50 and must be submitted with the admissions packet by January 11, 2008. The application fee is non-refundable.
The registration fee is $375 for the 2008 - 2009 academic year. The Mandatory Freshman Orientation and Registration Information Night is March 12, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. in Msgr. Leddy Hall. Parents will receive information regarding registering for classes and pay the registration fee at this time. The registration deadline along with the registration fee is March 28, 2008. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Financial Aid
Garces Memorial High School provides financial assistance to those families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for the 2008-2009 academic year has already been allocated to returning students and incoming freshmen who applied for aid.
Financial aid applications for the 2009-2010 academic year will be available at Open House on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in Msgr. Leddy Hall. After Open House, financial aid applications will also be available in the Main Office. Financial aid applications are due February 3, 2009. Late applications will not be accepted. Families must reapply for financial aid each year.
Transfer and eighth grade students applying after the deadline must contact the Business Office for an application. An application for admission to the school must be received before a financial aid application will be reviewed.

NOTE: Applying for financial aid has no bearing on acceptance to Garces Memorial High School. Do not wait for acceptance to apply for financial aid.

Tuition and Fees
The tuition at Garces Memorial High School is set each spring by the Board of Directors. Tuition for the 2008-2009 academic year is $6,770 for Catholic families (with a signed Catholic Verification Form) and $7,270 for all other families. The first tuition payment is due July 1 of each year. Garces Memorial High School offers four payment plans: Plan 1 - Payment in Full; Plan 2 - Payments each Semester; Plan 3 - Payments each Quarter; and Plan 4 - Payments each Month (for eleven months).
