Goals
A.  To introduce the student to the grammatical structures of the target language at the appropriate level.
 
B.  To introduce the student to the linguistic skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending) the target language at the appropriate level.
 
C.  To develop an understanding and appreciation of the peoples and the cultures being studied.
